A Virtual Machine pauses or restarts after a live migration. How do I resolve this?

Cause

The Virtual Machine CPU mode may be set to pass-through, and the target Host has a different CPU model than the source Host.

Solution

If a Cluster contains Hosts with different CPU models, set the Virtual Machine CPU mode to a non-pass-through mode to prevent migration failures.

A live migration takes too long. How do I resolve this?
